I am ordering another copy of this tape, because I want a spare when mine wears out. This is a very manageable (40 minutes) and sensible workout that really works. Tony instructs his viewers in the "right" way to work out that avoids muscle strains and joint injuries. The workout is geared to all fitness levels and remains challenging even after a person is working at the advanced level. If you want to build muscle and get a cardiovascular workout at the same time, then this is the tape to buy!! As Tony would say, "Absolutely no question about it!"

Great Fitness Workout,

Good for those who want to get in cardiovascular as well as "toned" shape. Combines straight resistance/toning exercise with "enhanced metabolic conditioning" (you do squats to use the larger thigh muscles to increase fatburning as you do some of the toning exercise - yes, you definitely break a sweat doing this!). The workout is paced reasonably and timed for beginners, intermediates and advanced. Tony is VERY careful with the back (a plus for those like me with bad backs) since he suffered his own back injuries in the past. He stresses correct form throughout. Yes, he does have a definite "personality" which may not suit everyone, but it is warm and encouraging to those who need encouragement. He is truly enthusiastic about what he does, and shares that with his viewing audience. I recommend also reading his book "Technique" to learn more about him - the workout in the book is very good and geared towards those who wish to learn the correct forms and technique involved in working out.

This workout is great for losing weight, building muscle, and stengthening the heart. I have been doing this tape for 9 months with huge benifits. I have lost 25 pounds and added about 10 pounds of muscle to my frame. My heart is in great shape - I have gone up 13 flights of stairs (no problem), and one time I had to shuttle loads of equipment up four stories.You will sweat durring this video. I usually consume 2 quarts of water before durring and after doing this workout (many toxins only leave the body in sweat). This workout is also a great stress releaver whenever I hit hecktic times. Tony is a bit crazy, but an exercise genius. You warm-up, streatch, workout, cooldown, and stretch. Total time 50 min. with about 35 minutes of exercise. Don't be fooled - if you challange yourself this workout will wear you out. You can use heavier weights and do your pushups with your feet on a chair or using pushup handles for an incresed challange. Tony will educate you on the exercises, and there is a time clock for beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I moved through the phases slow (once a month) knowing consistancy is the key (lifestyle - not a quick fix). He recomends doing this workout 3 times a week with 3 days cardio (I like Khi-Bae with Silk Manning). If you prefer the gym, looking for a quick easy fix, or exercise is not your thing, maybe this video is not for you. I stop at the gym at work as a supplement, but I prefer total quiet and isolation when working out. You can develope an autopiolet when you do this workout video enough. To do this video you will need to make a time slot for 50 minutes, and your family may laugh at you, but when they start to see your results they won't laugh any more. Thank you Tony.
