5.0 out of 5 stars Condon's Glory
Prophetic and insightful, Condon knew the name of the games. Never has there been such a history of the Catholic Church as The Venerable Bead. The Manchurian Candidate was a precursor of the assassination of JFK and The Whisper of the Axe detailed 9/11 - in 1976. Prizzi's Glory, though, imho, is RC's masterpiece. I won't ruin it for you. 1.0 out of 5 stars oh, boy, does this book sucks !
I liked very much "Prizzi's Honor" (the book AND the movie) - but this is one of the worst books I ever red; the author really tried to be funny - and failed. At every page. Don't loose Your money buying it (it is NOT worth one penny+shipping) and don't waste Your time reading it, even if You get it for free

5.0 out of 5 stars Condon's Glory, February 19, 2011
This review is from: Prizzi's Glory (Paperback)
Prophetic and insightful, Condon knew the name of the games. Never has there been such a history of the Catholic Church as The Venerable Bead. The Manchurian Candidate was a precursor of the assassination of JFK and The Whisper of the Axe detailed 9/11 - in 1976. Prizzi's Glory, though, imho, is RC's masterpiece. I won't ruin it for you. Just do yourself the biggest favour imaginable and read it.
I can only imagine that the other reviewer here has other views on Ronald Reagan than Mr Condon had.
