From the Heavens above (Weather) to the Criminal streets below (Police, Emergency etc) This magnificient marvel of electronic 21sr Century Gadgetry is amazingly Amazon available. This item is under two lbs, reaches not mHZ gHZ up to 1.6 gHZ with a wopping 20 bank memory with 1000 channels. Its newest Dual Trunking capabilities provides the listener and programer to reach entire organizational frequencies. PC Connectivity and Remote use makes this an addition to your already HYPER capable computer. A simple serial cable connection on your PC and BAM you are operating every control from a PC. Cost is modestly set and the word is these sets can not be found nor are they around long. Uniden stopped manufacturing for this company RS and now RS commissions their products out to China.rdry, design and parts are most always made in the USA from all companies. I recommend this to either an advid entusiast, a professional in the field, or organization. However, it is simply THE MOST FANTASTIC GIFT to give ANY MAN or Woman whom is electroniclly driven.
