I highly recommend you not waste your money on cables made by this company. The plugs fit very loose and fall apart. I picked these up instead of the Sony's to save $5 and am regreting it to this day. I'm not saying shouldn't get higher quality cables like S-Video or Component they're great, in fact I would recommend if you have both the S-Video and the Red, Blue, Green holes on your TV to go straight to the Component (The Red, Blue, Green) cause it makes the scanlines less noticable making the image even clearer even if it's not a HDTV plus if you do get one you'll have the right cables to get the best quality. All I'm saying is either get the ones by Sony or Monster Cable cause the Indec cables are pretty shoddy.

Was recently getting my God of War I and II on and needed some component cables to enjoy the HD picture. Though it wasn't in HD, it did step up the picture and quality of the colors substantially. I reccommend these cables for those needed a quick Enhanced Definition fix.

If you're looking to improve your gaming experience, you should definitely buy component cable for your PlayStation 2 console.
The games look sharper and clearer. Remember, you must have a HDTV to see the difference.
