5.0 out of 5 stars PES Strikes Back! November 26, 2011
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii|Verified Purchase
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Although the looks might be relatively the same (other than stadium and kit updates) , the game-play is miles ahead of the previous two versions. game flows much more smoothly and all of the added control nuances are highly useful.

i have played the fifa 12 on wii, ill leave it at that.

PES is the game for real soccer. no matter what your style, this is it.

@ $20, how wrong can you possibly go? seriously.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Soccer Game December 26, 2011
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
This game is even better that Fifa 2012 in so much ways, for a Wii game the graphics are good (a little better that the previous 3 games in the series), a great add in PES is the posibility to enjoy the Santander's Libertadores Cup.
Other add in PES are a few stadiums and the actual club's uniform.
For those who know about it, for a Wii game the graphics in PES are so much better that the graphics in Fifa and PES.

5.0 out of 5 stars beast March 20, 2012

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
PES 2012 is an amazing game for wii. Built all around the passing game, it made it hard to believe I was ever satisfied with FIFA. The AI is pretty good, but if it gets boring, online mode is great. I would suggest purchasing a classic controller pro, unless you want to do all the pointing (not that it's bad, it's just so intense so that playing many games in-a-row is tedious).I was most impressed by the one-two (pass and move) runs, and how the majority of the game (pointing style)is moving off the ball, and creating runs. PES is deffinanlty the best Game I have ever purchased.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun, fun, fun but with a huge drawback March 15, 2012

Since I am a real PES fan, I wanted to have this game on the Wii version. I usually buy the PC version because I do not own a PS3 or Xbox but have played it on both platforms. It is unreallistic to compare the latter versions to the Wii one. While on PS3, PC or Xbox the graphic quality is outstanding and the players are real look-alikes to the pro players, the Wii version still gives the cartoonish version of the players. Also, if you play multiplayer mode, your pointers get confused with each other and the other player knows what you plan to do (pass, dribble, etc) beforehand because you must select the play which makes the game a bit frustrating. You can use the Wiimote sideways so you can play without the nunchuck in a PS3 or Xbox-like position but it gets harder due to the lack of buttons on it. The other problem is the WiFi playability. I have connected to look for an opponent and get bored waiting to get a match. Besides, the Wii version does not have the Europa League which I played a lot on the PES 2011 PC Version. On the other hand, there are some cool features like using the Miis to make a team of your own. The playability with the Wii remote and the nunchuck is easy and the tutorial makes it a snap to catch the way it is played on the Wii.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good but no so much changes January 30, 2012

A great soccer game way of playing on Wii playmaker is spectacular once you dominate.
The inclusion of Copa Santander Libertadores is a great add-on for Latin Americans.
Graphics seem slightly improved compared to PES 2011; do however generally provides very few improved on the previous, if it will be your first PES is an excellent game, but if you already have previous loa must think so, good thing? it comes at a reduced price.

5.0 out of 5 stars could see drop off in Wii version December 18, 2011

Fun: 5.0 out of 5 stars
Even though I love this series, anywhere from (lnferior to '11) soundtrack to sometimes glichy 2 player gameplay might be the signs of end of the Wii system. However I still love this game and once the players rosters are updated with internet DLC IT IS VERY HARD TO PUT DOWN!

This game is as good as previous edition. But in fact, I play the European Championship all the time. Control is easy and bots are very life-like.

Nice game, my son and I like it a lot. The only thing they can do better is trying to include more official leagues; that would make it perfect.
