5.0 out of 5 stars Coloration to my drumset work with jazz quartet., November 24, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: ProMark PMBRM Pmark Broomsticks (Electronics)
I bought these to add different coloration to my drumset work with my Jazz quartet. They are pretty big around and take up a lot of room in my stick bag, but the sound is not like anything else that I use, ie; wire brushes, sticks, mallets, vater nylon. Sound variations are a good thing, so I am glad that I bought them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Playing On a Cajon, October 11, 2011
This review is from: ProMark PMBRM Pmark Broomsticks (Electronics)
I use these sticks on Sunday nights at my church. We have an acoustic coffee house setting where my handmade cajons are used for drums. These sticks are soo nice with the conga and regular cajon that I believe they were made for each other. Sweet Sound! You can visit me at AnointedPeruvian.com. Robby

5.0 out of 5 stars Broomsticks, January 26, 2012
This review is from: ProMark PMBRM Pmark Broomsticks (Electronics)
I've played these a lot personally, though I don't own them. I made my own out of broomcorn, duct tape and rubber bands and to me they're identical. I recommend you buy these or make some, either way. Great warm drum tones/subtle cymbal sounds and when they're adjusted, they can be softer than any brush, even the nylons. Playing with these will also make your wrists (and thus your rolls) much snappier and more articulate when playing with other stuff. Dig 'em...
