Great but...not what Is featured in picture, August 24, 2009

The pad shipped very quickly, great quality no complaints other than...its no the one in the picture. Contacted amazon and they sent a replacement to see if it was a shipping error. But apparently that pad featured in the picture is not what is really available. See my customer uploaded picture for actual. Theres nothing wrong with the pad in fact it even has a handle for easy carry its just not the one I was looking for.
However the inconvenience Amazon was quick to fix this error and extremely helpful with refunding the full value.
All in all great pad just inaccurate picture and like always exceptional service. Inaccurate
