Customer Reviews

So thin I had to wash it off patties while frozen.
markwilhelm
I found that the papers are too thin and their is not enough wax on them to keep them from getting wet and falling apart.
H. L. Overton
I love the press, but these papers are just too thin.

These sheets make packing and storing homemade burgers a breeze. I'm so glad I bought them. I cannot think about cutting squares of wax paper to use. These make the job wonderfully easy.

The quality of the product was great.! I never expected the papers to be as thick as they were, it made my burger making so much easier. The patty's slid of the paper so easy without taking half of my burger with it...more meat for me and no more skinny burgers. Who would have thought patty papers could make me so happy. Great product.!

I purchased some grass fed grass finished ground meat for making burger patties and used these convenient pre-cut patty paper to separate my burgers making it easier to freeze or put on grill. The paper is of good quality without concern when against my food.

These papers work fine to protect the press when crushing the patties, although you need another set each time. We pressed about 6 dozen patties when hamburger was on sale a couple of months ago, and used a fresh set of papers on each side of each patty for freezing. Now, when we go to get the burgers out of the freezer, it is a process to get the paper off the patties which includes hot water and picking little pieces of the paper off each patty and it will not come off in an even sheet and will not come off without the hot water. We like the press, it did the job well, but will not get the papers again. The papers we have we will use for the pressing process. We are considering using regular wax paper next time or looking at other reusable plastic separators.

Works great between the burger patties. We make up a bunch of patties with the press (same brand)
and then separate the patties with the wax paper sheets, and then store in freezer. Really convenient to use.

it doesn't matter beef patties or Sausage the paper sticks to them and puts the patties apart. As well it rips into shreds and that even makes it harder to get it off. I will give it one +, the size is good for the pitmaster pro press

Very thin. Works but can often stick to the burger meat like wet tissue on a lawn. Hard to remove when this happens.

The round piece that screws up and down to control the thickness is wobley resulting in uneven patties. To correct you need to level by hand. May as well just do it be hand. Don't use without paper on top or hamburger mashes up in to the top.
