The title says it all. It even came with an auto adapter and it works with non-US voltage/current. Too bad I left mine in the hotel in China! :-( At least it's cheap and I will buy another. Bonus: the charger also has a set of LEDs that light up to serve as a flashlight when a charged cell is in place-- a veeery neat feature.

This product works as advertised. It is a great supplement to the shorter-life battery included with the camcorder (Canon HG-10 for me). The ability to charge it in the car is a great feature as well!

Ordered this but got a MaximalPower charger and battery set instead. Aside from that I got everything that was supposed to come with it and it works great.

I bought this to charge my batteries for my Canon Vixia HV30. Had this from November 2008 and used it to charge both the Canon brand and other third party brand batteries I've purchased with no problem. Still works as of this post.

As for the battery it works great too.

This charger works as advertised, but to keep the charger in a wall socket, the charging lights are located below the battery. It is hard to see if it is done charging or not, and so I'm sure I've left mine in longer than needed. Overall, it does what it is supposed to do.

Has marginal real life run time over the original, but it's way inexpensive and comes with some other cheapo goodies that are useful.

I use the charger to charge the OEM Canon battery with no ill effect.

Highly recommended if you ever want to charge and shoot at the same time.

I have a Canon HG-10 and this is an excellent accessory. It's small and you don't have to worry about long annoying electrical cords because it plugs right into the wall.

Okay... This is an awesome charger. I know because I have had one before. The problem? I just got one to replace my lost charger, and when I finally got it, it was the wrong thing! I got a HUGE silver battery, and a charger that didn't even fit the battery in it. I called their support number and guess what! It was out of service! I mean come on, that's two strikes already, and the next one will come soon when they most likely won't answer my Email. Great product, bad service.
