This was a very inexpensive alterative to the o.e.m.suggested by nikon,but works as good as the original.Fast shipment also was appreciated. Will do business again. Thanks.

The battery shown is not what you'll receive. At least that was the case with mine, as I rec'd a Li-ion Battery 3.7v 900mAh. (I've uploaded a photo to this page.) Not sure if the higher 'mAh' rating is a good or a bad thing for my Nikon CoolPix S52. I know typically with rechargeables, the higher the number the better, but I'm not sure if it will harm the camera, long term that is.

As for the seller, I rec'd this product super fast. Of course, it would have been nice if it was the one advertised.

Update! - After a year of usage, this spare battery now lasts about half as long as the original one that came with camera. Still, it's great to have an extra battery at 1/8 the price. :-)

Have a 5 month old at home. Seems like we take pics of the little fella around the clock... Great battery for a great camera...
