Fabulous - I've had mine for over 15 years, and use it several times a week. The first time I used it, I was amazed that my heel and ankle area could feel as relaxed and free-moving as they did. I have a tendon that tends to slide a bit, and by using this and gently shifting the direction of my knee, I can always realign it correctly.

I like to use it without shoes for a better stretch, but it is rough on the heel to have so much weight on it in full extension. I have put a few layers of Dr. Scholl's protective foam on the base "cap", which helps a lot.

I have the double model, which I think is a good investment. You can fully extend both ankles at the same time, with only half the weight and pressure. Then, when you've warmed up with some rocking and initial stretches, you can work the feet/ankles individually.

May go without saying, but it's always best to do such stretches once your feet and ankles are warmed up. Gently rocking back and forth on it for a minute or so, while holding onto a stable base will do the job.

Easy to use. Compact design. Lightweight. Effectively stretches front and back of lower leg. More comfortable to use when wearing sneakers. (Uncomfortable without shoes.)

I used this at a physical therapist's location and was amazed how well it stretched out my legs. I bought one and use it most everyday. It really helps.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitus for over 18 months, gone through 3 sets of 6 trips to the physical therapist, 6 cortisone injections, countless patches, gels, and anti-inflamatory pills. Finally, I am finding some relief being able to do these stretches at home a couple times a day.

Borrowed this initially from a friend and decided we had to have it. Helps a lot with tight tendons and fascia.

I use it while I brush my teeth, and just using it a few minutes a day I can tell a difference. Good for people with calf tightness and foot cramps.

We have the Pro Stretch at our gym. I use this at my home to keep my calfs and hams stretched out...I can use anytime of the
day or night not just when I'am at the gym. This little guy gives you a much better stretch than leaning against the wall, like we
all did after our daily run or warm up.

My wife has had problems with her feet for many years. I purchased this item to help her loosen her feet. It has worked pretty good for her. When she uses it in the evening after standing all day long at work, it makes her feel much better.

HAve used one of the Prostretches before, in Physial Therapy, for Plantar Fasciitis. Now, I have this with the other foot. Decided it was time to just order one to have it around. It is a very good product. The Prostretch gives the achilles a stretching I don't get with PT exercises. I'm glad I finally ordered one.
