Poorly written; repititious, June 7, 2009
This review is from: Pro Tactics: Walleye: Use the Secrets of the Pros to Catch More and Bigger Walleye (Paperback)
Compared with other books in the Pro Tactics series and other walleye instructional books, this one is not worth the effort (or the money). The writing is long on folksy superlatives, but very short on specific information that would be helpful for catching fish. In order to cover the pages printed, the author repeats several concepts without purpose. A reader might suspect that the author was more interested in mentioning his favorite products (i.e., sponsors) than helping you catch fish. And the pictures included did little to enhance the writing or illustrate a concept. I'd send it back, but I used a highlighter.

Pro Tactics: Walleye: Use the Secrets of the Pros to Catch More and Bigger Walleye, May 30, 2008
This review is from: Pro Tactics: Walleye: Use the Secrets of the Pros to Catch More and Bigger Walleye (Paperback)
Extremely helpful for the average angler who's trying to "connect the dots," specifically during transitions. The book is easy to understand and laid out in a practical fashion.
