Purchased for my daughter to wear during martial arts workouts. It gives the support that is necessary, but gets poor traction when worn without shoes.

and that was not enough. I can do that with a sock or a medical tape.
This just was a HUGE disappointment. I could not feel it there any better than a sock
There was no support
I then used medical tape as if I had a sprain and it worked!!!
This is a FAIL

I do suggest the medical tape or even an ACE bandage
