This is a great product! Very comfortable and definitely reduces the knee pain I have from an "off-center" knee cap... thanks to my torn lateral meniscus and eventual bone spurs under my knee cap followed by corrective surgery. Provides greater overall knee support than the typical patellar tendon straps, but the only problem I have if that the top part of the sleeve tends to slide down over top of my knee cap when doing extensive exercise. Perfect for walking and everyday use though!

I have runner's knee and this works great. I've tried many other types of knee braces and this is by far the best.

After consulting with my doctor and learning that my knee pain was not from a serious injury, I bought the Lift Knee Support brace through Amazon and gave it a try. I went from pain at the end of 3 miles to yesterday's pain-free 5-mile run. I can't stress enough, though, that you get knee pain diagnosed professionally before applying braces. There might be something seriously wrong that can be made worse by continuing to run. Just like the rest of your running clothes, the brace will get very sweaty, so the manufacturer recommends washing it every few days. Good idea. I will probably order a couple more of these so I never have to go without.

I have a really painful knee and can't do any sports without this knee support. When I wear this, I can play tennis with confidence. I love that you can adjust the support with the straps. There are days when my knee is extra painful so I would tighted the straps for more support. This is such a great idea. Many of other supports don't have the extra adjustable staps. I would recommend it to anyone.

Having arthritis in my knees starting at the age of 22, I've always had an extremely hard time doing some exercises at the gym. These knee supports help alleviate the pain I exeperience in my knees and give me a little more confidence doing squats and all those fun leg workouts. This is the best product for the price I could find, and so far it has been great.

I need to hold several horse stances in my martial art class, and my runner's knee gives me a pain. I can finish those moves a lot better and with almost no pain when I put this support on. It is the second time that I purchased from the same brand. The first one got loosen after 5 years, and I upgraded to this one, which I love.
