The Pro-Tec X-Factor Knee Brace provides that feature and more in a comfortable, non-bulky knee brace made from Neoprene, tubing, Velcro , Spiral Stays and Cool Max mesh. The X-Factor Knee Brace provides overall knee joint stability and support. The second layer of Neoprene allows the user to control the compression level and medial and lateral spiral stays add stability. This Knee Brace is open behind the knee for greater comfort and has extra built-in support under the kneecap. This product is 1/16 thick and features a pull-up sleeve application with straps for support and compression.

This brace is the best I've tried so far, and I've tried several! Very supportive, and the extra velcro support shown in the photo is adjustable on the bottom as well as the top.

This is NOT, however, a slip-on sleeve. It wraps around and secures with velcro in the back. That makes it more bulky than I had expected. Otherwise I would have rated this a perfect 5.

I thought this would be the answer to my knee problems but I was really disappointed. This knee brace does not feel the least bit comfortable when you walk. Furthermore, if you follow the directions for size, the knee brace you get is way too small if you have a knee around 18". This brace is so uncomfortable about the only place I could ever wear it is in bed! I would definitely avoid purchasing this brace. It looks great in the photos but is not comfortable. I had a friend whose leg was much smaller try it on and she had the same results. Avoid!
