Ended up going with a Cat6 to HDMI balun. I just think the distance was too far even with an HDMI booster at each end.

I ordered three 40 foot lengths of cable for in wall installation from my TV components to my TV. The product was delivered quickly and accurately. While at this point, all I have done is test the cables, as my renovations are still progressing, all three cables provided an acceptable high def signal to my TV. The cables were an exceptional value as well.
