If you buy this product, remember that the cord is COILED so the usable length is about 1/3 of what the descriptive length is, i.e. 12 feet of length equates to 4 feet of cord. If I had it to do over, I'd buy the 15 footer. Quality of the cord is excellent.

I purchased this phone cord up to use on my work phone. I have a Cisco phone at the office and the original cord was ridiculous! In a matter of days the old cord was knotted and twisted and pretty useless. I'd pick up the handset and the whole phone would come up with it!

I put this phone cord on at the beginning of the week and while a week might not seem long it's obvious this cord is NOT going to KNOT! Whoot! It's not stiff and not light weight so it doesn't twist or hang on it's self when you use it. It was exactly what I needed.

This cord is on a receptionist's desk in a medical office. It feels and looks very durable. It gets a lot of stretching and a lot of phone calls, in bound and out. We've only had it a month but it still looks like brand new. I'm pleased.

Yes, you'd have to stretch it to reach 12'. If you want that kind of distance buy a cordless. This cord give you a no pull radius of about 6', doesn't tangle and retracts tightly. Simple, cheap

A good value in a handset cord (the one between the handset and the phone, NOT the phone and the wall). You need a detangler with this cord or else you will end up with a giant knot of wire in very short order. The detangler costs nearly as much as the cord but IMHO you need it. You can get them both from Amazon.

I know hard-line telephones are getting scarcer but when you need a replacement handset cord it's nice they're still available. Works well and removed all the line static caused by improperly seating connectors,

I purchased this 12 foot telephone handset cord to replace the 25 foot cord I had earlier purchased. The original cord on the phone handset was too short, and I could not find this mid-length cord. The 25 footer hung down on the floor, so I purchased this 12 footer. It works great and is the right length for having a telephone on my desk without going to a cordless.

This cord is just what I needed for my new phone. It's length allows me to mount the wall mounted phone high out of the reach of my grandchildren and still have a decent length QUALITY cord.

Telephone cord is shorter than that stated on the label. I measured the cord be 6 ft only and NOT 12 ft as stated on label of package. I needed a 12 ft cord. The telephone cord, however, does work.

I am very satisfied with the curly cord for the telephone. It stretches very far and the cord is short when the phone is not in use. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this cord for anyone with a corded phone. I purchased this item through Amazon.
