This review is from: ProBake Teflon Platinum Nonstick 12-Inch Pizza Pan (Kitchen)
I needed a nonstick pizza pan for use in my new toaster oven. It makes me wonder why oven manufacturers who tout the fact that their product will accept a 12" pizza don't supply a decent pan for you to do so ( my last oven came with one that was the thickness of a piece of paper and needed to have the food scraped off afterwards). In searching locally for this small size, I came across several that were 12" on the center cooking surface, but then had an additional 1/2" or so lip along the outer edge, ultimately making them too wide to fit. This one actually does fit toaster ovens with personal pizza capacity, is very solid, and looks nice even if brought to the table. The nonstick is great and I use it for many other things as well, such as cooking up trays of snacks over the holidays or just heating up small batches of things for my husband and I for dinner, therefore I'm ordering 2 more - an extra for me and one for my daughter who has the same oven. They clean up extremely easily and will stack very compactly. This, for me, is also a sensible purchase because it should save me lots of money and time in the end. I'll no longer have to line my pans with foil and then use cooking spray beforehand, and with the price of aluminum foil these days, the pans should quickly pay for themselves. Very happy with the performance of this sturdy product so far and I'm delighted to find that they're even cheaper this time around.A previous reviewer is correct, however, in that the enclosed literature advises not to use sharp instruments on the surface. This doesn't worry me, however, because I don't plan to cut anything on it anyway, but it's just important to know before purchasing.

Just ordered and used this pan in my Breville Compact oven. Fits perfectly - unlike, I may add, other pans that are supposed to be 12 inches in diameter but actually have an extra quarter or half an inch lip. In addition, this is a solid, sturdy pan, heavier than others, including the Breville I ordered for my oven, which compared to the ProBake, is like comparing a sheet of paper to a cardboard. I'm very happy with my ProBake, so much so that I have put away the Breville. If you are looking for a true 12 inch pan for a toaster oven or whatever else you may want to use that size for, I recommend the ProBake - and Amazon's handling of the order and promptness in delivery of the product just can't be beat.

I wanted a small pizza pan that I could use for Schwans frozen pizzas that I cook in my toaster oven. Not that the pan would fit, or be used in the oven, but to place the finished pie on to cut it into slices. The product description indicates this pan is safe to use metal utensils on. However, the instructions that came affixed to the pan says "Always use nylon, hard rubber or wooden kitchen tools. Do not use metal spoons, spatulas or knives. Do not cut baked goods in the pan" Yes, I know that a pizza cutter isn't a spoon, spatula or a knife (it's a roller that acts as a "knife"). But the item description specifically says "Scratch resistant and safe for metal utensil use". I just looked. Kind of contrary to the actual product's instructions. This really doesn't matter too much to me. But if you are thinking about getting this pan, like me, because it says it's safe for metal utensil use (and you always play by the rules)... don't get it.
