Great pan - ordered 2 more!,

I needed a nonstick pizza pan for use in my new toaster oven. It makes me wonder why oven manufacturers who tout the fact that their product will accept a 12" pizza don't supply a decent pan for you to do so ( my last oven came with one that was the thickness of a piece of paper and needed to have the food scraped off afterwards). In searching locally for this small size, I came across several that were 12" on the center cooking surface, but then had an additional 1/2" or so lip along the outer edge, ultimately making them too wide to fit. This one actually does fit toaster ovens with personal pizza capacity, is very solid, and looks nice even if brought to the table. The nonstick is great and I use it for many other things as well, such as cooking up trays of snacks over the holidays or just heating up small batches of things for my husband and I for dinner, therefore I'm ordering 2 more - an extra for me and one for my daughter who has the same oven. They clean up extremely easily and will stack very compactly. This, for me, is also a sensible purchase because it should save me lots of money and time in the end. I'll no longer have to line my pans with foil and then use cooking spray beforehand, and with the price of aluminum foil these days, the pans should quickly pay for themselves. Very happy with the performance of this sturdy product so far and I'm delighted to find that they're even cheaper this time around.A previous reviewer is correct, however, in that the enclosed literature advises not to use sharp instruments on the surface. This doesn't worry me, however, because I don't plan to cut anything on it anyway, but it's just important to know before purchasing.

Just ordered and used this pan in my Breville Compact oven. Fits perfectly - unlike, I may add, other pans that are supposed to be 12 inches in diameter but actually have an extra quarter or half an inch lip. In addition, this is a solid, sturdy pan, heavier than others, including the Breville I ordered for my oven, which compared to the ProBake, is like comparing a sheet of paper to a cardboard. I'm very happy with my ProBake, so much so that I have put away the Breville. If you are looking for a true 12 inch pan for a toaster oven or whatever else you may want to use that size for, I recommend the ProBake - and Amazon's handling of the order and promptness in delivery of the product just can't be beat.

I wanted a small pizza pan that I could use for Schwans frozen pizzas that I cook in my toaster oven. Not that the pan would fit, or be used in the oven, but to place the finished pie on to cut it into slices. The product description indicates this pan is safe to use metal utensils on. However, the instructions that came affixed to the pan says "Always use nylon, hard rubber or wooden kitchen tools. Do not use metal spoons, spatulas or knives. Do not cut baked goods in the pan" Yes, I know that a pizza cutter isn't a spoon, spatula or a knife (it's a roller that acts as a "knife"). But the item description specifically says "Scratch resistant and safe for metal utensil use". I just looked. Kind of contrary to the actual product's instructions. This really doesn't matter too much to me. But if you are thinking about getting this pan, like me, because it says it's safe for metal utensil use (and you always play by the rules)... don't get it.

ProBake Teflon Platinum Nonstick 12-Inch Pizza PanFinally found pan to fit toaster oven. Product performs beyond expectations. Do not need aluminum foil or oil spray - Wipes off very clean and washes up good. Use for frozen fries, frozen fish, frozen pancakes and waffles and various baking jobs. Highly recommend - Saves turning on large 220 oven.

The perfect home pizza pan. Easy to clean, bakes consistantly and nice enough to go from the oven to the table. Shipping was super with delivery way above expectations.

Its a pan, it works well. I find the heat transfer is not that good though, since it doesn't have holes, so edges are more cooked than the center.

This pizza pan is perfect for my needs, and it's a good value for the money. It measures exactly 12" across, so it's good for baking most frozen pizzas.Instead of using a bigger, heavier baking pan just to bake a couple of chicken breasts or a piece of fish, the 12" pizza pan is easier to manage, weighing only about 12 ounces (I weighed it). It makes an excellent baking sheet for food that may have liquid runoff, since the edges are rolled up about 1/4". The nonstick finish is as advertised. The instruction sheet cautions to use plastic or wooden utensils with the pan, and not to use any scouring pads or abrasives while cleaning it. Just to make it easier to wipe off after use, I usually spray a little no-stick cooking spray on the surface. Even so, occasionally, something will stick enough that a wet sponge won't remove it easily. When that happens, I use a little fiber scraper (they also make plastic scrapers - neither type will scratch the finish, and they're very inexpensive). It's a versatile pan. Use it for baking pizzas (store-bought or homemade), and use it like a small baking sheet for meats, biscuits, pastries, just about anything you bake.

A MUST for 12-inch pizzas in a toaster oven,

I recently purchased a medium-sized toaster oven, for baking smaller items like pizza and tator tots. The bars on the baking rack, however, are too far apart to support a frozen pizza adequately. My pizza sides were curling down over the bars and getting burnt or falling off. This pan is excellent! A pan like this is not in stores anywhere; stores carry pizza pans with extra metal around the edges so the pans do not fit in smaller toaster ovens. This pan fits perfectly into my toaster oven, is easy to use and clean, and is very practical for a multitude of uses. I even bought two pans, in case something happens to the first one! A must for anyone who likes to cook anything, particularly 12-inch pizzas, in a toaster oven.

We've used this a few times in a Cuisinart convection toaster oven and it has performed well. Even melted, slightly burned on cheese came off easily.

After recently purchasing a toaster oven that has a "pizza" setting, I looked for a quality pizza pan that would fit inside the oven. This pan is perfect. Definitely recommend it.
