The ProBand KneedIT targets the physiological causes of pain associated with Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSIs) to the knee for the amateur and professional athlete alike. KneedIT knee guard is an innovative and unique device scientifically designed to assist in the relief of minor knee pain commonly associated with Arthritis, Tendonitis and Chondromalacia by placing gentle pressure along the medial and lateral soft tissues of the knee. It provides pain relief by gently absorbing force at the knee and by exerting Anatomically Focused Dynamic Compression¨ across the soft tissues in the front of the knee. In short good idea but poor implementation.

The whale point of this device is that it holds the knee cup into the place, however the opening is very narrow and plastic is too harsh, so there is no way to adjust it to user's knee cup size and as such is useless.

The strap is cutting into the leg, also since it's not Velcro it won't stretch while you walk, and as a result it pulls the plastic down.

Not worth it. I'm returning it.

After having four major knee surgeries on my right knee and with osteoarthritis my knee was always in pain. I read an article about Kneed IT in USA Today and purchased it. When I saw the product I was disappointed but decided to try. I can honestly say I am knee pain free when I used Kneed IT. In addition to my job I coach High School baseball and am on my feet a lot. I can now breeze through practice and walk home without any knee pain. I tried injections and other treatments but this is the best product on the market. I highly recommend it.

A tennis buddy recommended this and it has helped when ever I get my knee inflamed. It allows me to walk and do ballet and just keep moving.
