I had a subscription to Odwalla's Berries-GoMega bars until they became unavailable. So I decided to switch and try Pro Bar instead. Although they are about twice the price (just under $2.00 per bar on subscription) they have nearly twice the calories, which I hoped would make them a more substantial lunch substitute.

After eating my first Pro Bar, I was amazed by how much more enjoyable it was than the Odwalla bars. Crunchy whole nuts and chewy dried fruit are combined in a satisfying base of grains, seeds and peanut butter, with a few chocolate chips and crisp corn flakes to make the whole thing seem just a bit decadent.

An interesting addition of fenugreek, fennel and nutmeg create a subtle, but complex addition to the flavors I've come to expect from an energy/nutrition bar.

Not too sweet, aside from the rare chocolate chip, and just salty enough to satisfy that salt craving, Pro Bar is my new favorite bar.

These have been a godsend. I rarely have time for breakfast so I used to stop for fast food everyday but that got old and didn't make me feel so great. I tried several bars before finding these, most either taste to "healthy"/chalky or just don't have enough calories to hold me over till lunch. Most of the Probar flavors have around 400 calories which does a good job of getting through to lunch. They all taste great but the banana is the best (I usually don't like banana stuff).

I have tried the whole line of Probars and, at first, I was put off by the amount of fat. Then I looked at the source of the fat - nuts, etc. and everything else they offer - all organic and unprocessed ingredients, 6g of fiber, Omega 3s and 6s, 3oz of good, filling and healthy stuff and instantly got over the "fat issue". This flavor, in particular, is a bit more sweet fruity with chunks of apple and raisins. YUM!

These bars taste great and are good for you. All natural and packed with flavor. They are very filling. I usually have one for breakfast and it will hold me over till lunch. No processed foods or sugar, just plain natural!

I got so sick and tired of dry bars for sustenance on the go. I am so happy I found these. They are moist, delicious and nutritious.

The company has excellent customer service as well. I had an issue with one of their bars and they were quick to respond and replace the product. I have consumed over 200 of these bars and I have not had any issues before and most importantly, I have not yet gotten sick of them and don't think I will for a really really long time. Especially with all the other flavors available. I think this is very important as I have purchased energy bars, candy bars, protein bars but hardly ever stuck with one type for a very long time because they are very difficult to eat day after day.

Some have mentioned "high calorie" issues, but this is like a meal replacement bar, so I am not sure it is an issue....it really has the right amount in my opinion, but this is obviously up to personal need.

I have seen these in stores for $3.89 per bar, so obviously Amazon price is great. But to me the cost isn't all that high as this replaces one of my meals, or supplements meals on late nights. I used to satisfy my 2AM hunger at fast food restaurants, but now I can just pop one of these and feel satisfied.

This is the best nutrition bar I have ever tasted. It is filling and I wasn't hungry for hours. The problem I find with most bars is they aren't filling and I am hungry in an hour. This bar was a true meal replacement bar.

I've eaten almost every type of bar out there while cycling, hiking, climbing, etc. and this is easily the best. It's easy to pick up a Clif bar at half the price, but these have more calories, are better for you and taste way better...try it. Superfood slam is my favorite but they are all delicious.

I keep these on hand for a quick meal replacement. It is delicious and has enough protein to hold me through an entire morning or afternoon.

These are awsome! I like that they arent completely pureed and reformed into bars, there are larger chunks of nuts and fruit that are perfectly soft and chewy. I found two large strawberries in the berry flavor once and they were goooooood. Also when you are eating the bars each bite may taste a little different because there are more banana pieces or more nut pieces, and parts are crunchier or softer. Its like an adventure for your taste buds.

The bars are nutritious and delicious. I'm a cyclist. I would like someone to make a bar package that can be eaten easily while riding. But these are great! I wish they were cheaper.
