Phenylketonurics: contains Phenylalanine SUGGESTED USAGE: Dissolve 1 effervescent sachets in approximately 6-8 ounces of water. Stir before drinking. Recommended for use 1/2 hour prior to exercising or to promote energy. Do not chew or swallow broken or undissolved tablets. Do not exceed 2 sachets in a 24 hour period. WARNINGS: Do not take this product without first consulting a health professional. If you are pregnant or nursing or taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAO). Some people may experience a "flush" as a result of the dose of Niacin in ProEndorphin. This flush consists of passing effects such as tingling sensations due to the vasodilation. These effects last for approximately 15 minutes and will disappear with continued use of ProEndorphin.

I have tried many energy products to help me feel better when exercising and be able to have the stamina to go for longer periods. My husband is a cyclist so we have everything from Cliff Bars to GU. I love my Cliff Bars to fight off hunger, but for more endurance this has been the best for me. I am very sensitive to caffeine and stimulants, so this is perfect. I have definitely been able to bicycle more miles. In the past, 16 miles for me was killer. The other day I rode for 32 miles and the only problem was my rear end... endurance-wise, I could have gone for more. I did not experience the warm sensation or skin redness that the product says may happen the first time that you take this product. Be aware that is does not dissolve completely, but that is not a problem. I like the taste better when diluted with more water, but that is just a matter of taste. I really love it and will get more when I run out. I recommend for anyone who wants the stamina without feeling jittery.

I love this stuff. I've been drinking it off-and-on since 2004 when a journalist's review recommended it. For writing articles or speeches, or developing products? Things that require creative thinking? The best. I'm convinced it adds 10 IQ points for an afternoon. And if it's time to go out for a workout, and I'm tired - ProEndorphin is just the thing. Plus, no caffeine buzz.
