Admittedly, we just got this treadmill a couple of days ago, but it meets and exceeds my expectations:
1. It has a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs. I push that sometimes, and am always looking for sturdy platforms, so they won't break at the worst possible times. (as in ladders, ouch)!
2. It has the iFit system, which is a nice touch. I hope to figure out how to program my own module for a personalized walk.
3. I love the sound system. I can hook up my non-Apple MP3 player, and walk to my tunes.

The worst con I can think of is putting it together. Not difficult to figure out, but heavy! Also, do not tighten the little foot pads underneath the unit, as the screws will pull right through them. I found out - 4 times, heh. Just tighten them until you can't move them by twisting. They are not that essential, anyway.

I will be happy, as long as my wife doesn't start hanging clothes on it to dry, LOL.

I purchased this item from Sam's Club. It was $50 cheaper in the store than online and no shipping, so the price was $449.99. In my opinion this was a great buy. Like the others have said putting this bad boy together is a royal pain in the butt. My son and I tackled it and we did it in less than an hour. I'd say this job is not for the faint at heart or those without good strength because there are times when you have to lift it and sort of turn it on its side.

The operation of the Treadmill is great, really love the colored digital read out, very easy on the eyes. iFit is okay, but I prefer to do my own thing as I think I am harder on myself that Julian, though I can see the value in it as she does tend to keep you focused.

I did initially have to center the belt, but that was just a simple matter of turning a bolt counter clockwise a full turn. Centered the belt perfectly.

We've already put several miles on this baby and she is working great! I highly recommend this model as I think it gives a very high level of bang for the buck!

Remember if you plan to put this where you have carpet you will need to get a mat for it as putting these on carpet will shorten the life as it will suck all that lent into the motor. I purchased a really nice mat for about $60 bucks. Yeah it was a lot of money, but it is very thick and felt almost like a hard rubberized gym floor which is just what I was looking for. Some of these mats are paper thin, so pay attention to what you are buying. A $20 mat will work, but you get what you pay for.

This treadmill is great for the price and is an excellent brand. Nice speakers and easy to use display. I have no complaints about the machine itself. However, it was not easy to put together. I lost the same screw three times because it goes inside one of the metal uprights. It was more pain than I was expecting and quite annoying. Also the bar across bottom of the display did not fit together properly when assembled. The screws will not tighten anymore than they already are and given they are going into plastic, I don't want to try to push it anymore. So there's a slight gap in that bar. Will I notice this while working out? Probably not. Just annoying right out of the box. Still an excellent machine and worth the price. Bought it as Sam's Club for $500. If you have the money, get someone to assemble it for you. Quite a headache.

Bought this treadmill from Sears for a reasonable price. This is a relatively small treadmill which is OK for us because we will use it only for walking. Assembly was somewhat challenging for me, especially the Left Upper Body Arm installation which is the last step. When I got to this step, I realized the two mounting holes for the arm were not drilled into the Left Upright. So, now I have to decide whether to disassemble the whole treadmill and take the Left Upright to Sears for a replacement, or drill the holes myself. Poor quality control at the manufacturing plant! I am pleased with the machine. We are using it without the Upper Body Arms until I decide what to do about the missing mounting holes.

The quality of this treadmill is surprisingly good. I was worried about that when I bought it given its price, but no complaints here. I've had it about a year and haven't had any concerns. The Jillian Michaels program is fun, but I like just hopping on and listening to my music. Cup holders are great and there is a book holder in front of the speakers that's really convenient. Again, I was just pretty impressed the quality, I'd definitely recommend it!

I've been looking for a small-ish treadmill for some time now. Saw this at a good sale price, read all the reviews I could find and bought it. Every piece of this is well made and strong. The metal parts are thick metal, not flimsy. The way it was packed was impressive. There was a shrink-wrapped hardware package that had the step number and the number of pieces for each and every step. I thought it would be a nightmare to assemble but was pretty straightforward. It does take two people. The treadmill is quiet, easy to use, small enough to fit in my den but large enough I never have a stride problem. I am a walker, not a runner. I am totally satisfied with this purchase. I would have thought it cost appreciably more if I'd not bought it myself. They even provide a hex key and simple instructions to adjust the belt, which is very easy to do.
