This is the second Pro Series product that I have purchased. Both have been well made and work as described. My only complaint is that each product is not quite as big as they appear in the sample picture. I believe the knee model must be a child or a small adult. It works great, just know that it may not be as big as you had hoped.

Your web page mislead me into believing that I was buying a ice wrap from Pro Series," a company I am familiar with", but when my purchase arrived it was from Total Ice Therapy. I am disappoint with not just misleading advertisement but also with quality and fit. I now have to use addition straps to fit purchased wrap on to be effective.
