I used to do a workout routine which included curling 120 lbs of dumbells every day before leaving for work. I haven't had the time to do that routine in six months, so I bought five of the black bands to get a light workout at my desk. I was VERY surprised at how much resistance each band provides. When I tried four bands I was only able to do six reps! I've gone down to using two and three bands. The resistance is far better than I expected.

The clips are attached securely to the bands via a slip cut in the rubber (pretty smart - avoids stitches coming out). The handles are made reasonably well but I don't think the foam on the handles will stand up to very much abuse. Just taking a guess here, but I expect the foam will start to deteriorate in seven or eight months. I might be surprised. Even if they do though, each band comes with a handle. Since I bought five bands, I've got five sets of handles. I should have enough handles to last several years.

The convenience of these bands can't be overrated. It's nice to be able to pull them out of my desk when I have a break and do a few sets. Can't do that with dumbells. I can take these traveling, and I can do all sorts of exercises. I will probably sell my dumbells and buy more of these bands.

I had two bands break on me about 2 months ago after. One the ball at the end shot out twice (it was like a bad movie where the bullet bounces off 2 or 3 walls and you cant see it) and then ripped at the end the last time. The other ripped about halfway down the band. Both bands did not have a solid feel or elasticity from the start.

I just received 3 of these bands (2 black, and 1 blue) and I can already tell these will be with me for a long time. The band material itself feels and looks more durable than any other band I've had or tried. The ends of the band actually go around a metal ring and look like you will not have any issues with the ends falling or ripping off. The ability to add more bands was a big benefit and was the selling point for me. If you want solid bands that feel good in your hands and don't want to worry about losing an eye, these are your bands!

am not going to say much about these bands but i can tell you that they feel like there are made of a good material, the clip does not bothers me when using it(some people say it do, but i dont feel it bothering me). also the fact that you can buy another pair and use them both and the same time on the same handle is a plus for me. just as am writing this am buying another pair.

Short and simple, these are probably the best (heavy resistance) bands I could find on Amazon. The best part about them is that if you buy 2-3, you can combine them to get an ever stronger resistance. Keep in mind they are kinda short though.

For the price, these work well. As with any bands, the poundage is not exact. These are supposedly 20lbs. You can give or take on the poundage. You can also stack the bands together, which is a plus, for more resistance. I am glad that I bought these. Nice addition to your workout gear. If you want more weight I suggest at least buying 2-4 bands.

The seller was prompt in delivery and the item came to me in excellent condition. It seems sturdy. I have used it a bit for some variety at home and it can be used while watching TV, which is kind of nice! It weighs .4 lbs according to my scale. Thinking about bringing it will me on a long trip overseas, if my luggage is not too heavy, already!

I ordered 3 different bands, 2 of which arrived very quickly complete with manuals and door attachments.

When I emailed them Prosource immediately sent a replacement for the missing band.

This is the perfect "exercise gym" for my bedroom. I don't have space for all the other products on the market so I purchased two sets of these Blue Stackable Resistance Tube Cords so I have to work a little harder for better toning. I love that it came with a free door anchor and instructions. These are also easy to take with me when I go on vacation. A great item at an unbelievably little price!

just got them shipping was good considering they are in cali i'm in jersey. look well constructed not cheap. resistance is like twenty pounds depending on how far you are if they are doubled i'm pretty strong so they feel in the forties but just got them so i'll be back

I just received my bands and they are great quality. I use them for TaeBo PT247 for extra resistance. The clip on bands are extremely convenient and make the bands much more versatile than the regular handle bands as you can easily unclip it and switch it to your opposite leg without any hassle. You can attach several bands to one handle or ankle strap for a diverse range in resistance. Very good idea.
