Anemia information completely misguided. one of the worse things you can do for anemia is cold because of vasoconstriction. So your taking crappy oxygenation and making it harder to oxygenate. Bad!!!

I always use Home Remedies as much as possible. However this Kindle book fell far short of my expectations. The lists of symptoms to treat was missing a few I was looking for. Then the treatments seemed random and listed items I've never heard of. There were no explanations of where to find things or what has worked best for most people. I'm not sure I could trust this random app when there is no citation anywhere either. The whole thing made me nervous and I'm deleting it asap.
