First of all, I NEVER write reviews. Either Im too busy, lazy or just plain apathetic. However, when you get excellent service, I MUST share. I ordered some faux grass from shopzeus/ amazon. And it was delivered on time. The grass did not match, the other grass I had in my backyard. I assumed, I was screwed. However, much to my surprise and delight.
One of their employees, Sean, said to package it up, and mail it back for a full refund. I was AMAZED! Please use this company, as they should be rewarded with their excellent service. And thank you Sean.
