the proview 45kit is a quality product and the provision -pvk 45 is a great scope I am using it in my electrical contracting business to look in walls for obstructions , just wish the field of view was larger

I accidentally made a mistake and bought this attachment from Tooltopia thinking it fits the standard PV2636 scope I had also bought, but it does not. SLIPVK45M is what you're looking for if you're just using the standard 5.8mm diameter flexible shaft. I'm thinking this attachment is used with the optional larger diameter obedient shaft, or maybe a different scope all together??

Regardless, I'm not giving it 3 stars because of my mistake. I'm giving it 3 stars because the quality of the mirror leaves much to be desired. Looking at the mirror, I can tell it's a cheap bent piece of un-finished metal that has been chromed to give it a shiny appearance. The mirror surface is not flat. I can see ripples (machining marks) on the metal underneath the chrome which distort the reflection to some extent. I've already got a low-cost fiberscope with mediocre optics (not bad for the price however), so the last thing I need is a junky mirror making the image even worse.

Even though I now know which part I need to fit my scope tip (SLIPVK45M), I don't think I'll be purchasing it due to the poor reflective quality. I can probably rig up something with higher quality with parts from McMaster Carr or something. I wasn't expecting an extremely high quality, but I thought the reflective surface would at least be smooth.

Bought this along with the borescope from tooltopia. The 90degree mirror is useless and it doesn't fit the scope.. The bulb is all that I needed but for the price I paid is way too much... But I need an extra bulb and I don't think you could find it anywhere except where you buy the scope from..
