Excellent product. Works great. I have been diabetic for 23 years and it really helps me to control my blood sugars without disturbing my stomach.

No idea what all the hype is about, I used this for four months and saw no difference in my blood sugar balance. I was eating right, exercising, and getting plenty of rest. These are a waste of money in my opinion.
