I'm still reading this but the information is fascinating. Might be too technical for the a regular reader but after researching the topic of probiotics I was able to follow most of what was being discussed. this will be very helpful for my presentation on the infant immune system. I'm a Lactation Consultant and will be discussing the effects of breast milk on the infants immune system. I've bookmarked several chapters. Dr Lars Hanson is the most prominent researcher on the topic which is why I purchased it. Fascinating book on probiotics and the effect on our immune system!
