Not what I thought,

It tells you how to exercise the muscle groups. It also gives you a diet to go on that may help, but I tried doing both for 3 months and saw little results. I am not heavy so the only thing I was looking to do was to firm up the muscles groups. A total disappointment. This book does not give you new exercises to do. Save your money.
