After a lot of hassle from a different provider (my apologies, Amazon--I do buy almost everything else from you), I have not been able to play this dvd in my regular Panasonic DVD player. I have had it for years and have never had trouble running anything else on it. Any observations? Or is it just my luch?

I suppose that is a possibility. It's very strange, though. Apparently it will play on the DVD player in one room, but not the one in another room. Bummer...

Scott Peters says:
It will not play on an LG DB. LG needs to create an upgrade, yet to be seen.
It work on my PC for the first 1/2 than would not start up again. It is some kind of security mechanism. It's crazy!!!

Sandra: You're not alone. I've just received my 2nd copy, and it still refuses to play the audio track on my PC (only plays audio on coming attractions). It does play normally on my TV's DVD player, though.

I have a Sony BDP-S350 player from around 2008 that has never been updated. I have 137 blu-ray discs including some of the alleged "toughies" such as "Avatar" and the new "Alice in Wonderland." I've yet to come across one that doesn't play perfectly.
