I love my Swiffer vacuum and have no complaint with the filters. But before you throw out a dirty one and buy a new one, try cleaning the old one with a toothbrush and some warm water. Let it dry and use it again--works fine.

I ordered my filters and they were shipped from Promax. After doing more research in my area I found the filters about half the price at my local Target store. I posted a review on Amazon stating that I was upset that I had paid more from Amazon/Promax and that even tho I would continue to buy from Amazon, I would not order from Promax again. I received my order and posted my review. I then received 3 phone calls and two e-mails from Promax wanting to know what they could do to resolve my opinion -- David actually told me they "lived and died" by their reviews and asked me to please take down my negative review and they would do whatever they could to make me happy. I was out of town, however, I took my review down on 4/24 and called the company back today, 4/27, to tell them I had taken the review down. Promax rep David, on speaker phone, ask me what price I had bought the same item from from Target, would he be able to go online and verify the price, that he would not refund my shipping, he actually said I knew how much I was paying for the item when I hit "send" on my order, and there was no way they would refund my shipping--I should know that I had to pay shipping when I buy something. Needless to say, I am now extremely unhappy with this whole Promax experience. When they wanted me to take down my review they were absolutely wonderful; after I took down my review I was the idiot. I told them not to worry about any type of refund, to expect my negative review back online.

I would hope anyone out there would run as fast as they could from this company. In this day and age customer service is a must for any business. This company is AWFUL. As I stated before -- I will continue to buy from Amazon, but if what I need is only available from Promax--I will do without.

A co-worker recommended this and I must say it is a "great" little machine. I use it every week. I am happy I bought it; saves alot of time. The only con I have it needs to be recharged alot; otherwise, "Ladies, go out and buy this thing!" Cleaning floors has never been so easy.

Don't buy the replacement filters from Amazon unless you buy the big 24-pack (12 2-packs). This 2-pack is only $3.99 at Target but $9.29 at Amazon!

My 5 year old granddaughter loves to help me clean the kitchen and is a fabulous helper since she enjoys accomplishing her chores. I gave her this vac sweeper and she loves to use it all over the house. She does a great job. The fun part is that my older granddaughter who hates "housework" begs for a tun to use the sweeper. By the way, she also uses it to vac away spider webs on the porch and ceilings.

I LOVE the Swiffer Sweeper Vac - it is one of the few household appliances I cannot do without. Even though the original instructions say not to wash the filters, I do (shhhh don't tell!) We have 2 little dogs and 2 cats in our household so the filter gets icky with pet fur and dust even though it's cleaned after each use. A quick rinse in cold water takes most of ick off but it does need time to dry and they don't hold up forever. I always keep an extra filter or two handy so when one gets too worn or a one is drying it's fast and easy to put in another.

We are a 2 Swiffer Vac household - one for upstairs and one for downstairs so having an extra box of filters on each floor keeps life easy.

After all, you're Swiffer works so hard for you and does such a good job, why not take the time to buy it a present of a fresh filter or two to keep it happy and working well for a long time.

i have been looking for a vac which was easy to use for my kitchen. i always have crumbs on the floor. i purchased this vac and i love it. it is easy to use and lite and i can recharge it when i am not using it.

I had purchased this product about a year ago for myself and its the by far the best. Let alone the price was great, the vac was great as well. I purchased and still have, the electric broom by Dirt Devil for a bit more in price and it does not do as good a job as the Swiffervac.

My dad being 82 and not being in good health, especially when lifting heavy things, this was ideal. it's very lightweight and simple and easy to use, more so than a broom, no bending involved. So, i purchased one for him and he is awaiting his vac. But, i am sure once he gets his vac he would feel the same way.

I highly recommend this to all.

We just received our new Swiffer Vac.While discussing the need for additional filters I decided to read the reviews so I would know what to get and what to expect from this product. Boy Am I glad I did. Headed to Target for filters and pads . No Promax products in this household EVER ! . @ David. Glad I never knew ya , Wouldn't want to be ya.

I just had laminate floors put down and I bought the swiffer set and these for extra use and they work great.
