I had problems getting this program to work on a Windows Vista machine, although it did work on an XP machine. When I contacted customer support, they were quite responsive and made a series of suggestions, requesting a description of what happened when I tried each suggestion. Using this systematic approach, they diagnosed and solved the problem. The program itself seems to work very well now on both the Vista and XP machines. I find it unusual to receive such attentive and effective responses when I have a software problem.
