If you love Hammer Films and are a fan of Christopher Lee's portrayal of the sanguinary Count then this is an item you will be sure to want. I have long thought that there are not enough marketing tie-ins available for purchase when it comes to Hammer Film properties. Hammer's Classic Dracula is one giant step toward rectifying this oversight. This fully articulated figure is a very accurate likeness of Christopher Lee, although Mr. Lee's name is nowhere to be found on the box or the item. The packaging itself is very attractive and will make a sturdy, protective home if you choose to leave the figure boxed. The cloth cape and suit is well made and fits well (the left arm suit sleeve on mine is a bit too short though). The stand will securely hold the figure in place. The included accesories (Harker's diary, a candlestick and a crucifix on a chain) are nice touches, but seem unnecessary. Hopefully there will be other Hammer characters to follow. Peter Cushing's Van Helsing and Baron Frankenstein, Lee's Frankenstein monster and mummy, Oliver Reed's werewolf, and a busty Hammer heroine would be great additions to any Hammer-philes collection.

When this was first annouced by PRODUCT ENTERPRISE it was supposed to be a Dracula and Van Helsing doll ( that would have been great!)and the first in a line of Hammer figures. When it was finally release all we got was a Dracula doll, but a pretty nice one. A very good likeness of Christopher Lee in full fanged mode in a nice display box. Since Project Enterprise is no more, I guess this is all we will get, but it is better than nothing. THe costume is a nice and accurate from the first Dracula film (Horror of Dracula). I like this doll a lot, but I am still waiting for the Van Helesing figure.
