The title says 9 watt, but the "Product Feature" says 13 watt. Which one is correct? Thanks!

My kill-a-watt reader reads 7W at 122.5V, which is also in line with what other reviewers have mentioned, so, the 9W designation is correct, 13W is definitely out of line.
