Rogier Busser is Head of the Programme for Management Studies, Leiden University and is Coordinator for Academic Programmes at the International Institute for Asian Studies.

Yuri Sadoi is Affiliated Fellow at the International Institute for Asian Studies. He previously worked for Human Resources Development at Mitsubishi Motors, Japan.
