This is a great dispenser! There is minimal assembly, I think it took my son 5-minutes to put the little screws in the base, and that's it. It sits on my counter and the space betwwen the spout and the counter is enough to place a glass or pot underneath to fill. The spout closes as soon as you release it so there's no leaking or dripping. Putting the 5-gallon water bottle on top it a breeze! I ordered one formy house and one for my brother and he loves his too!

This is a good product. With that said I paid almost $50 on Amazon for this and the next day saw it at Wal-Mart for $29.99, and that wasn't on sale. If you have a wal-mart by you then try there first and if not then oh well get it here lol.

I do not like chilled water for my sensitive teeth, so it always seemed wasteful to have a water cooler when all I used is the center spout. This dispenser solved that problem.
The countertop stand is nice and sturdy and the addition of the feet levelers made it even more stable, but I found using it on a countertop impractical once you add the height of a 5 gallon water bottle. There is a plastic ring that sits on top of the rim that protects the ceramic from chipping. The water flows out of the spout quickly as well.
This dispenser is perfect for the task I need it to do. It would have been nice to have the option of a plain white, for decor purposes, but the stripes are subtle.

Horrible!
This thing did not hold my 5 gallon jug, it leaked all over my kitchen floor! Tried 3 times to no avail, leaked every time! Waste!

Water Dispenser that works, and just that
