This is a great dispenser! There is minimal assembly, I think it took my son 5-minutes to put the little screws in the base, and that's it. It sits on my counter and the space betwwen the spout and the counter is enough to place a glass or pot underneath to fill. The spout closes as soon as you release it so there's no leaking or dripping. Putting the 5-gallon water bottle on top it a breeze! I ordered one formy house and one for my brother and he loves his too!

This is a good product. With that said I paid almost $50 on Amazon for this and the next day saw it at Wal-Mart for $29.99, and that wasn't on sale. If you have a wal-mart by you then try there first and if not then oh well get it here lol.

I do not like chilled water for my sensitive teeth, so it always seemed wasteful to have a water cooler when all I used is the center spout. This dispenser solved that problem.

The countertop stand is nice and sturdy and the addition of the feet levelers made it even more stable, but I found using it on a countertop impractical once you add the height of a 5 gallon water bottle. There is a plastic ring that sits on top of the rim that protects the ceramic from chipping. The water flows out of the spout quickly as well.

This dispenser is perfect for the task I need it to do. It would have been nice to have the option of a plain white, for decor purposes, but the stripes are subtle.

I wanted a water cooler to have water for everyday use and for emergenies. This water cooler is half the price of the electric coolers. It came with a buy 2 primo water bottles get 1 free rebate. I have one bottle in the cooler and two spare bottles. I use one five gallon bottle per week. Primo water is available at HEB and Kroger. I put the whole unit on an end table in my dining room. I can place a glass or measuring cup on the table and fill with ease. I am happy with this product and like the way it looks on the table.

I love the easy access this provides for a quick drink of water. It looks good on the counter and its construction, (both the dispenser and the stand), is solid.

This is a great dispenser... clean, strong, and great size. It is perfect for the price too.

Best thing I ever bought... Having water, clean, controlled, where I need it (mine is by my bedside), makes me healthier and happier.

This water dispenser is a great value and it is very useful for dispensing spring water in the kitchen. The service from the seller was terrific - personalized and prompt!

it is exactly as described. Good size, fits nicely on the kitchen counter. The stand is tall enough to fit a tall water glass underneath. We use it with 3 gallon bottles, so the whole thing is nicely sized. I would buy it again.

This thing did not hold my 5 gallon jug, it leaked all over my kitchen floor! Tried 3 times to no avail, leaked every time! Waste!

A simple contraption that works as advertised. The base is sturdy with adjustable feet for our tile countertop. Refilling is easy.
