This is a beautiful looking and sounding wind chime. I purchased it for my mother and she was very happy with it. It is not a formal looking windchime but its simplicity should fit in well in any decor. The tones sounded are deep and long lasting. The messy part is the finish on the tubes as shipped. There is an initial powder that comes on them that will get everywhere. Don't open this up inside! It seems the powder should fall or wear off soon. I guess the powder is the excess oxidation(?) from the finishing process. It would have been nice if this was removed prior to shipping. That is the only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars.
