Duplicator
didn't work and had to jump through hoops just to return it to the manufacturer

BUYER BEWARE
Produplicator is a bunch of crooks. They want to charge me a 30% restocking fee for a non-defective return. My wife bought this for me as a gift and did not realize I couldn't hook it up to my computer. Now I can't return it unless I pay them $60 to take it back. Whatever happened to customer service? I would give them a negative 5 stars if that was an option.
