I don't really have anything to compare it to... as this is the first torque wrench I have ever owned/used, but this thing is beefy and is super easy to use.

Use it primarily on my '06 BMW X3 to ensure everything is tightened to spec. I twisted the head off a bolt while using it once, but I think it was because the previous brake job that was done was not completed with a torque wrench and stressed the bolts. Anyway, the product works just fine.

The first Torque Wrench they sent me was damaged and was unusable. After a 2.5 week turn around I got my brand new wrench. No charge was administered to me for returning the item. I just emailed the company ([...]) and they paied for the shipping. Seems like a quality tool thus far.
