The text was so easy that I had no problem using it for my indepedent study course. The chapters on graphing were fun and used my creative abilities. The formating options within Excel were explained clearly and precisely. The visual examples in the chapters were a great study aid. The nested formulas were a little tricky, but with a little persistance the exercises were completed. The templates were easy to manipulate for the assigned exercises. All in all, the textbook layout was a great learning tool.

I first used these books in college and they taught me everything I know about office skills. I went to a small technical school in Orange County and they used these as text books. They are easy to follow instructions. But I did have a professor right there to tell me if I was doing anything wrong. Highly recommended A+++
