I was an EMT for many years and used numerous varieties of Blood Pressure cuffs on the job so when I needed one for my own personal use I knew what I was looking for. This served my purposes perfectly. I didn't need anything more than what a blood pressure cuff is to be used for. This item is easy to use and the gauge is as accurate as the fancy on the wall variety my doctor's office uses. What a bargain as well. I remember starting out thinking this is going to cost me a pretty penny but after just a little searching on Amazon.com I found the exact cuff I needed and at a significantly lower cost than many of the others with a saving of about $20.00. Thanks Amazon.

used it a couple times in EMT class and broke will never buy again. The out side cover that holds the bladder ripped open at 200psi. on a high bp patient.

I wanted a better BP cuff than the one I have. This one had good reviews. On receiving and unpacking this, it makes the crappy one I already have look like a pro model. There is absolutely NOTHING professional about this item. The overall quality is that of a toy. The size of the cuff is appropriate for a very small adult or large child, not a full sized adult. The cuff is impossible to apply to my arm without assistance (which is what I wanted it for: taking my own BP). I would estimate the one reading I was able to get with this thing (when I got help putting the cuff on my arm) as being about 20 points high (most likely because the cuff is too small). It would cost me more to send this thing back than it is worth, so, to sum up this transaction, I feel like I just flushed about $20 right down the drain here on an item that will not see one single use. Yes, I know the adage, "You get what you pay for," but there is such a thing as a good, working, inexpensive item. I've found lots of such useable items over the years and saved money on them. This item, however, is just plain junk. Very dissatisfied. Avoid this.
