EDIT: The information sent to me in the invoice was wrong, but the seller had emailed me to reconfirm and the bag came in today. Non the less, the bag is awesome and i have re-starred it at 5 stars. I'm glad it was just a document error. Thanks again

NOTE to potential buyers:if the information come in wrong just email the Seller, this seller was prompt and quick to reply. i left the old post to show what you MIGHT be thinking, but it should be okay after you contact the seller.

OLD POST: First of all i would like to start by saying that i am sure the backpack is nice. I haven't gotten it yet, and i should have already gotten it. I paid for expedited shipping (1-3 days to Hawaii), and i expected the estimated arrival time to be either today or tomorrow (monday Feb 13th or tuesday Feb 14th). With that being said i was OVER charged for expedited shipping, which i overlooked because i wanted to get it as soon as possible (in their shipping policy, it says $14).

I got the shipping information through email and it says "Delivery Estimate: Wednesday, February 29, 2012 - Thursday, March 8, 2012".

I don't understand how they can charge so much for a service they can not fulfill. Now i have to go spend some of my own vacation money to buy a bag locally because i do not have time and extra money to order online and hope it doesn't end up the same way, on top of making a claim and waiting to get my money back. I will most certainly not take a chance with this company again.

The backpack is amazing. I received it within four days of ordering. I was very impressed with how much room the backpack offers for my camera, lenses, flashes, and accessories! It even has a place for your laptop and cell phone.
