Great book for understanding the pathology of diseases,

I had the 6th edition of this book and gave it to someone else and purchased the 7th edition. Both editions are top notch. Much easier to understand than the Merck Manual (which I also own), or medical texts that go into too much detail. It is also better then most nursing texts on diseases. If you are an allied professional, or even a physician, do yourself a favor and add this book to your pathology collection. Makes for a great quick reference but not so brief that it is not relevant.
