The bag leaked from the adapter cap even when the cap is securely tightened. Contacted the seller (Big Shot LLC) twice but never got any response. Contacted maker of the enama bag (Colon pro) and was told that the same problem happened to some other people as well. Their suggestion is to take the rubber gasket (black o-ring) off the white stopper and put it on the adapter cap. Did that and the leak stopped! Overall the enema bag is okay but I would not recommend the seller due to their poor customer service.

this product is exceptional and worth the money. my only complaint is the contraption at the end of the hose is kinda sharp... otherwise this product is a win. it's sturdy, comes with a good hook and hose, easy to put together and use. beware the sharp end on the nozzle ! LOL

My husband's bowels blocked, went and bought a cheaper version at the only store in our town. No stopper, just a bag with a leaky connection on bottom. plastic tubing was crimped and wouldn't function. Ordered this and I am so pleased, rubber! and works great. A real find!

Decent quality bag but the business ends are low quality. Seems to be a bit expensive considering.

The clamp that is provided for this enema bag doesn't clamp down all the way and there is no lock on it. So it's virtually impossible to stop the flow once the bag is filled. There should be a stop valve to stop the flow, not a cheap, plastic "clamp." Bad design. It made a complete mess everywhere.
