I highly recommend this guide for the person studying for the CCS Exam. It is well done and I like it better than ahima's.

This book is well known in the coding profession as one of the best CCS prep books. I recommend it to all who are preparing to sit for the exam. It's also an excellent training source for those who need to refresh their skills.

I HIGHLY recommend this book. I used this book in the manner recommended and was able to PASS the exam on my first try! The structure of this book was helpful and I like the disk that comes with it because it was good practice for the test. Years ago I used a review guide very very similar to this one to study for my RHIT and I also PASSED that on the first try.

So far, so good. I plan on testing before the end of the year, and am depending on this study guide to see me through it. 3 years ago I used the CCA PRG and passed. Now I'm ready to move on, so here's hoping this helps! It does have a nice guide to framing how to study, what to study and when to study it.

This is a very helpful book with several sections of questions that mirror CCS exam content. I wish there were more practice problems, and they were at a higher level of difficulty.
