I didn't buy this sheet pan for cooking. It is too big to even fit in my oven. I wanted a larger drain board for my kitchen counter but I couldn't find one. I bought this pan and 2 half sheet cooling racks. My husband drilled drain holes in the sheet pan on the sink end for me. I use the 2 half size cooling racks in it to sit the draining rack I already had on and still have plenty of room for glasses around it. It has the shiny metal look and is very easy to keep clean.
Just a thought for anyone who is looking for a metal dish rack. It was cheaper than buying a stainless one half the size.
