This is an excellent product. Very sturdy, quality hardware, and very convenient. I like the tightening device ... very easy to use which makes the use trouble and effort free. Good engineering.

I use for both my cameras and for mounting my Olympus LS-10 digital recorder.

I purchased this tripod to mount my Flip Mino HD camera. The fit to the Mino is precise, threads perfectly into place and sits fairly stably on any flat surface. The overall construction of the tripod unit is decent, but not perfect. The leg mechanism is slightly uneven, but it's hardly noticeable. As an engineer, I'm very particular about these things but I must admit that for the price, this is a great unit.
